Estimate covers listed services/products only and is based on the information provided to us at the time – changes or additions may increase costs. Estimate valid only until expiration date specified, unless otherwise provided. Payment of invoices due upon completion unless prior arrangements have been made. A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be applied to past due accounts after 30 days. Minimum charge of $2.50. Past due accounts may be turned into collections. Any cost of collections will be responsibility of the customer. 18% annually will be charged on past due accounts and any discounts given will be removed. Legal fees will be the responsibility of the CUSTOMER. We cannot guarantee cleaning results.
